Site Not Connecting
- Verify the Flock WP plugin is installed and activated
- Check that your site is publicly accessible (not behind HTTP auth or a maintenance page)
- Ensure your site's REST API is not disabled by a security plugin
Site Showing as Offline
- The site may be genuinely down — check it directly
- A firewall or security plugin may be blocking Flock WP's requests
- Check that the plugin is still activated
Updates Failing
- Verify the site has sufficient disk space
- Check file permissions on the WordPress installation
- Review the site's error log for specific failure messages
